We know the industry we work in and what the cheeky foxes can do if waste is left unattended for extended periods of time. This is why our company policy is to arrive within 2 hours of the booked time. In 90% of cases we are there on time or within the hour of the booking time to give you time to wrap in peace!

In short, YES, but a lot depends on you! The recycling bags have to be clear of food and not leaking otherwise they will not be accepted at any facility. We split the waste at our sites in the 5 main streams and when full, the waste is taken into corresponding sites.

We try to as transparent as we can! But there are extra costs for: VAT is added on to every quote as per HMRC guidelines. £2 per mile outside of M25 charged one way to the requested location. Congestion charge is added on top of the quote if collection is in Central London. Should there be much more waste found at the site then quoted, the price will reflect that.

We try to be as reasonable as we can but we do need to value our time not to disappoint other clients. If the driver has left to complete a job, the charge will reflect half the quoted price. Any waiting time over 45 minutes will also be charged at £30 per hour.

YES! Should you need a detailed waste report, we are happy to provide one at no extra cost. It includes the number of bags and approximate weight collected so your production can see how it performed on the recyclable front.

We do not have a limit as to what we can transport via our 4x4 fleet. Rest assured, we have multiple vehicles ready to complete the task, however one piece of kit per vehicle at a time.
